He oversees a professionally managed business group with business interest in Roads, Construction, Irrigation, Railways and engineering projects. He is the guiding force behind the group's growth and sustainable development. He has received a number of awards for his contribution to business. He was awarded “Indira Gandhi Priyadarshani Award” for excellence in the field of construction business in the year 2003 in Delhi. He is a Civil Engineer and has completed his graduation in civil engineering from Manipal Institute of technology, Manipal in the year 1981. He is also actively engaged in various social, educational and sports body in Chhindwara, India. He has also represented Madhya Pradesh in National Level Badminton Tournament.

With a career spanning over 40 years in construction business, Mr. Kothari is one of the most experienced entrepreneur in the group. He is an alumnus of Government Engineering College, Jabalpur and is a Civil engineer by profession. Under his guidance the company has successfully completed various projects displaying high quality standards and timely execution of contracts.

Mr. Kothari has completed his Civil Engineering from Gondia and graduated in the year 1990. Arcons Group has completed many projects including Construction of World Bank Funded Government Polytechnic College and its development works at Betul, Madhya Pradesh under his supervision & leadership. Mr. Kothari's implicit sense of business has enabled Arcons Group to carve a niche for itself in the infrastructure industry. Passionate and Committed, Mr. Kothari leads a team of dynamic engineers, sub-contractors and talented employees. He currently leads in the team in construction of Canal, Waraseoni.

Mr. Agrawal has over 2 decades of professional experience in the infrastructure business. He is an alumnus of Ram Dev Baba College, Nagpur and has completed his Industrial Engineering in 1996. Under his supervision and guidance, the company has successfully completed the construction of 10000 MT capacity godown in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. He is actively involved in the administration of the company. His untiring efforts in constantly nurturing the group, has made it possible for the company to achieve recognition of being the fastest growing construction company in Madhya Pradesh, India. He has also played an instrumental role in procuring and laying down the foundation of The Raipur-Nawapara road project, Raipur. "

He is an experienced and hardworking entrepreneur and is a Commerce Graduate. He is connected with Company as a partner and handling the mechanical and production division of the company. He has modernised the operations in the company's stone crushing units while focusing on higher levels of quality and productivity. He overlooks the day-to-day activities of the Hume pipe production unit. Under his supervision, Arcons has recently started with a paver block production unit in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh.

Under his vision and erudite leadership, the group has diversified into real estate sector. Under his guidance, Arcons has taken up real estate projects in Chhindwara, Sausar and Parasingha, Madhya Pradesh. His exemplary leadership qualities, makes him the youngest partner in the company. He also leads the group in acquisition of stone quarries and stone crusher establishments.
